If you cannot commit to having a regular clean or perhaps you can
already cope with the day to day chores you may consider a
“one-off” clean.

Our Housekeeper will arrive at your property at a date and time agreed with
you. If you would like a Spring Clean while you are away from the property
we can organise for you to meet the Housekeeper before the desired cleaning
day. You will be able to explain your needs and provide a key and access instructions.

Our housekeepers would use your cleaning products. This not only keeps your costs down but also means that you choose the quality of materials to be 
used and are not subjected to fragrances that you do not like.

A Spring Clean could include the following services:

• Hoover throughout
• Clean bathrooms including tiles and mirrors
• Clean kitchen including cupboard fronts, microwave etc
• Clean ovens and hobs (light soil only – for heavily soiled ovens you will 
  need a specialist oven service)
• Clean inside windows and doors
• Mop floors
• Clear cobwebs
• Empty & Clean bins
• Wipe down woodwork
• Damp dusting
• Hoover Upholstery and Curtains
• Wipe down leather upholstery........

The list is endless, time permitting. You need to be realistic about what can be achieved during the time you have booked, but the choice of chores is 
entirely up to you.

 

Why not use the Task Sheet as a guide – you can print as many copies as
you like and leave a list for your Housekeeper.
 

We will visit for a minimum of 4 hours at a cost of

only £84.00 for the first 4 hours 

additional hours are charged at £11.00 per hour


 

1 )If it is not possible to use your products (ie because it is an empty property) we will be able to supply our own products but this will incur an additional cost – please discuss your requirements with us in order to obtain a price.

2) We usually require a 2 week notice period to organise a Spring Clean. However if you cannot give this much notice please do contact us – we will do our upmost to fulfil your requirements but we cannot guarantee having a housekeeper available.
